Now let’s face it, some people do not make good agents, and others. I have real good and bad Sandpoint Idaho experienced real estate agent . Years ago, when I rent a house that was on the market, I had a situation that bugs me to this day. The broker came to the house if we were not at home, to show it to a potential buyer. For what reason he had not in a way to the main house, but knew it was a key role in the garage / shop. He had his little boy with him so he got creative. An open window in the store section allowed him to lower his child in the room, and unfortunately down to a RC airplane balsa wood that I had been building. The boy was on the wing and broke off a piece. They got what they needed and left, and left me a little note that said: “No key, you got to shop, I’m sorry about the plane.” I Called him about it and he told me that, what happens sometimes. That’s it! No apology, no offer to pay me. I lost a little respect that day for the agents.

But, I realize that not all of Sandpoint, Idaho real estate agents are in this way by all means. In fact, one of the best business experience I ever had from working with an agent that was a real pro, came. She kept us informed constantly, did everything to facilitate our concerns and tensions on the way through negotiations, and in the end we even some wonderful house warming gifts.
